Senior Software Developer Required

Hybrid working (remote and office based – Wellingborough, Northamptonshire)

What we are looking for

As part of our continued growth and ongoing success, Safenames are now looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer who is dedicated to building a future of success for themselves within the company.

Main objective of the role

Working as part of a team you will be required to carry out software development on Safenames’ in-house systems. Performing bug fixes, website updates, database updates, using primarily C# and MVC. Safenames is constantly developing new services for its clients using the latest technologies.

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have at least 5 years’ development experience
• Are a friendly and outgoing individual comfortable with face to face meetings
• Have a desire to learn, with interest in domain names or online marketings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great telephone manner and email writing skills
• Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Highly organised to be able to prioritise key tasks
• Disciplined and methodical approach to work
• Have a desire to learn, with an interest in technology

Required development skills:

• C#
• ASP.NET MVC4/5, DOTNETCORE
• HTML & CSS
• Javascript and/or JQuery
• MS SQL Server Transact SQL
