Overview
The mission of the new .site gTLD is to serve as a home on the Internet for users of the world. Dot SITE aims to be a generic TLD with no preconception of meaning -- and no restrictions of use. This new .site domain does not restrict its scope to businesses like .biz does, commercial websites like .com, or organizations like .org. Also, unlike country TLDs (ccTLDs), it is not associated with any country or region, so .site is a truly a global, and widely applicable TLD. What you can do on .site is limited only by your imagination. Dot SITE is your Home on the Internet, where you can be free, comfortable; express what you want to say or what you think, share interests, knowledge, or simply post information about your business, and interact with clients.
The goal of the new .site gTLD is to provide a new/better way for businesses to make their websites easily identifiable to their consumers and clients--and to bolster consumer confidence in their brand. Registering a .site domain extension for your brand will help you grow your business, by letting the world know exactly who you are and what you do. And it will help enhance advertizing efforts and help you promote your business (or yourself) more effectively online, increasing search rankings. Be sure to get the .site domain name you want before it's taken.
