How Does The Domain Retrieval Process Work?

Step One
Safenames will conduct an assessment of the problem and provide comprehensive research on the infringing domain including current and past registrant details and an overview of the existing content on the site.

Step Two
The Safenames Domain Dispute consultant will provide a recommendation on the most effective approach to address the problem(s).

Step Three
Safenames will contact the current registrant, registrar, and the companies that run the pay-per-click ad networks, if applicable, with details of the area(s) of concern.

Step Four
Safenames will manage the process to transfer all successfully recovered domains from Dispute Resolution actions and place them into your name at a Safenames account.
