Hybrid working (remote and office based – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire)

Basic Salary: £16,000-£20,000 per year

The Role:

Our Accounts Payable team and are currently seeking an Admin Assistant for our registrations and renewals department at our Milton Keynes office. This will be a permanent position working Monday to Friday with full-time hours. The ideal applicant would be confident, enthusiastic individual, who can join our busy yet small administration team and assist with a wide range of general administration tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for the correct individual, you will be an experienced administrator with excellent communication (both oral and written) and organisational skills, who has the ability to work on their own initiative and as a part of a team. You will also have a pleasant telephone manner, and a High level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires competency in Microsoft office packages, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word and an ability to manage competing priorities.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for renewable expenses
  • Creating and completing daily checks and reports
  • Making payments to registry’s around the world
  • Contacting registry’s around the world via telephone and email
  • Handle queries and resolve problems efficiently
  • Build relationships with external customers and internal colleagues to achieve best result for the business
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally
  • Maintaining contact with registrars and colleagues to ensure invoices are paid on due date
