Domain Retrieval

We're Ready to Help You.
Online Brand Protection and Enforcement

Are cyber squatters damaging your brand? Would you know if this were happening? Cyber squatting and counterfeiting (in particular) are serious issues—these crimes alone cost organizations millions (if not more) of dollars each year and most often, the company is unaware. It’s time to fight back and our Domain Dispute team, lead by domain dispute and trademark infringement expert, Micah Oglivie, is ready to help you every step of the way. This team has enabled Safenames to recover many high profile domain names for our customers including disneycruises.co.uk, dunnandbradstreet.com, john-frieda.com, wwwswarovski.com, anthropologie.fr, to name just a few.

Whether you need to send a Cease & Desist or site take-down letter or wish to pursue more aggressive action(s), such as UDRP, Safenames has a proven track record in the area of domain disputes and domain recovery. We’ve uncovered many cyber criminals—both individuals as well as entities– who are commonly the registrants of infringed domains (we often contact pay-per-click parking companies that are profiting from our customers’ respective brands.

It is time to fight cybersquatters—regain your web traffic, end customer confusion, and send cyber pirates looking for easier targets. Safenames has a successful history of domain recovery for trademark infringement that spans a variety of extensions (.com, .co.uk, .se, .fr, com.au – to name a few). Let us help you today!

How Does The Domain Retrieval Process Work?

Step One
Safenames will conduct an assessment of the problem and provide comprehensive research on the infringing domain including current and past registrant details and an overview of the existing content on the site.

Step Two
The Safenames Domain Dispute consultant will provide a recommendation on the most effective approach to address the problem(s).

Step Three
Safenames will contact the current registrant, registrar, and the companies that run the pay-per-click ad networks, if applicable, with details of the area(s) of concern.

Step Four
Safenames will manage the process to transfer all successfully recovered domains from Dispute Resolution actions and place them into your name at a Safenames account.
